This tastes great, for what it is I was amazed. One time I coughed up the Nitro and WOW that wasn't a pleasant taste. Now I take both though. I love having a scoop of this in my intra-workout drink and for my post-workout. Every sip after a set or when I take it I can feel it helping to put some helpful fluids to my muscles and help keep me going. I've been growing like crazy since adding this to my stack
