A: They said it's flat on the back with a hole on the back allowing it to be hung from a nail. maybe ask them how big the hole is.

A: Hi tj - Thank you for the inquiry. It has 3 modes, one is the "try me" mode where it will turn on when you press the button and then shut off right after it does it's spookiness. The second mode allows the eyeball to open and move without the sound. The third mode is the button and sound activated mode. Happy shopping! - Kris

I saw this and knew that my kids would just love it. We mounted it next to the front door so the kids could get a scare when they press it. I think I read some reviews that said it was motion sensor activated but it is not. There is an option to turn the sound off. It plays for quite a while if you do use the sound. The eye looks pretty realistic. We will use this for many years to come!
