Wonderful piece of cookware

The design of this loaf pan set is excellent. The insert helps drain grease from what you are cooking, and the pan underneath helps steam the food. You can also use the loaf pan to bake bread. It's versatility is well worth adding to your Anolon collection of cookware

Love This Pan!

A quality, well constructed pan that keeps whatever you’re baking in it from soaking in fat. I’m going to try roasting some fresh kielbasa in it next. All that and it cleans up like a dream with just warm soapy water and a sponge. Well worth the price.

The Perfect Loaf Pan

I love a pan that has multiple uses and this loaf pan set fits that description. It's great for sweet or savory baking. I use the 2-piece set for meatloaf so that the fat drips away from the meatloaf. I must also confess that I use it to cook a few fish sticks or chicken tenders. The holes keep the air circulating which results in crispy fish sticks/chicken tenders. When I bake blueberry bread or banana bread, I think the heavier weight of the pan helps the bread cook more evenly. Clean up is a breeze for both pieces. The silicone grips can be removed for cleaning if you feel that's necessary. This loaf pan set is a winner!
