So far so good. I’ve made chicken, pork loin and steak. All have come out great. Waiting for them to heat up before using a little longer is taking some getting used to. Searing great, makes great crust on steak.

Can't cook anything in these skillets. Bought these as a Christmas gift,and everything sticks. Inconvient at best a pain in the backside at worst. Not likely to ever buy analon again.

I bought the 10 in fry pan last year and absolutely love it! Sears like no other and to it's credit oil stays where you put it. Had to get a larger one to make larger entees. I trust it will outperform any of my other cookware (except for my other Anolon X.

Anything but Nonstick. Had to use double Oil, still sticks on Stainless. Defeats the whole healthy cooking technique. Got it on Black Friday sale, otherwise I’d return. Sorry.
