Hardware bag was ripped and made it impossible to assembly as is. I contacted Target and sat on hold for far too long but there was nothing they could do about replacing the hardware. I could return the item and get a refund but it was mostly already assmebled and I didn't want to deal with returning such a large item. This is the 4th time in a row I have ordered online from Target and had an issue. Therefore, I will no long be ordering online through Target.
