Description
Apigenin is a bioflavonoid and antioxidant compound which is found in many different plants and herbs but is especially abundant in chamomile tea. Apigenin is often used as a supplement for its relaxing properties and its ability to support healthy sleep quality and stress levels.
One study on humans showed Apigenin to have an effect on supporting both mood and relaxation. Another study on mice found Apigenin supported sleep duration. Even though Apigenin is most commonly used alongside L-Theanine and Magnesium Glycinate for sleep support it may also promote cognitive function, skin health, and support healthy aging.
Recommended Dosage: As a supplement for sleep, take 50 mg (1 capsule) per day before bedtime along with a source of dietary fat. To support healthy stress levels, take 1 capsule per day in the morning with breakfast.

I am ordering my second bottle. I am using a Whoop biometric arm band and monitoring my sleep. I have sleep apnea at high level. I have used almost all the first bottle and looking at the last 6 months of sleep data, there is noticable improvements. Most of the improvement is in the last couple months. I take on capsule every night with my evening meal. There are no known side effects. I am going to keep using it for now and am thankfully satisfied with my sleep improvement.
