I absolutely love these AirPods Pro. I had two TBIs and fibromyalgia which cause me to have severe sensory issues with a lot of noise. Disney no longer provides me disability accommodations for this. I wear my AirPods and put on a podcast or music with noise canceling on because all the people talking cause anxiety and freak me out. Well don’t anything in the background!! Nothing. This makes the Pros worth every penny to me.

Nice while it lasted
I really liked these airpod pros while they lasted but they completely died on me after almost 2 years. Doesn’t connect to my phone anymore or anything. A waste of money. I thought they would last longer than they did. I recently ordered the Apple AirPods 2nd generation from Amazon at an affordable price. Hopefully they will last longer than these. Such a disappointment.

Should disclose the serial number on the receipt or have something to verify rightful ownership via buying onling..

Awesome earbuds packed with useful features
By far the best earbuds available. No, the knockoffs aren’t similar enough or good enough. They just aren’t. Awesome noise cancellation, transparency mode is perfect to make sure you’re still aware of the world around you no matter what you’re listening to. Fit and comfort are great. Changeable silicone tips are both comfortable and also seal off outside noise. 3 sizes included Battery life is great, no issues with all day use. They recharge quickly in the case, three cases also charges quickly when plugged in or wireless. Not a single issue after more than 2 years of use.

Died after a year and a half
The air pods worked great for about 1.5 years. I purchased these in February of 2022. Out of nowhere, the left one stopped working and when I took it to the Apple Store to find out what was wrong, the tech informed me that they just stop working after a period of time and that they get people in the store frequently with the same issue.

I expect better from Apple

Stopped working after 9 months of use
These were great while they worked. 9 months after I bought them they started malfunctioning. One or the other wouldn't charge or work. Also they kept disconnecting from bluetooth. I tried everything that apple said to try - reset, update, disconnect, forget device, clean out charging case etc. I took very good care of these and they still broke. Too expensive for this!

Finally found the ear buds for me.
Was looking for earbuds that I could use between the iPad and my iPhone and these air pods accomplishes that. I which the battery life could last my whole 8 hour shift. But it does charges fast in the case. What I don’t like about it is that most of my iPhone charging cables will not charge the case.
