Finally found some earbuds that fit my ears. I have never been able to find any that fit until the 360 ANCs. The highly customizable ear cushions really help. They don't fall out, and I can wear them for a long period of time. I think they sound good - perhaps not great, but good enough for every day listening to music and watching videos. Battery life is good, and with the case they can last a long time. I fly a lot and these are good for long flights and long days of travel. A few negatives: I like that you can customize the buttons and sound modes in the app, but it's a little flaky. Sometimes the earbuds don't keep their setting (ANC). Being able to customize the buttons is nice, but I would much rather have an actual volume up/swipe than to have to program buttons. I've also had a few minor issue with the earbuds connecting properly so that you get audio from both earbuds. This usually isn't a problem when you first connect them, but if you pop one out to have a conversation they don't always fully reconnect and you have to either reset them or reset the device. Overall, pretty happy with them despite a few minor inconveniences.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These are the best earbuds I have ever had, and I have been using some device of getting music into my head since 1978. I love them. Absolutely adore them. The noise cancelling is wonderful. The sound quality is fantastic. I love that you can pair multiple devices to them. I love the welcoming voice that tells me how much power is left and when they connect. But the little wings on them constantly come off! It is such a point of frustration. I use these every day, multiple times a day, and the rubber wings come off at least once a day. The problem here is that then I have to stop whatever else I am doing and figure out how to get them back on, and if I have taken an earbud out quickly, then the wing might have rotated around, so I have to figure out the proper orientation. I have to get them situated correctly so that they can fit back into the charging case. Also, it's not easy to tell at a glance which is the right or left, so I often have to refigure which bud goes into which spot in the case. So, these are small annoyances, but keep these otherwise amazing earbuds from getting 5 stars.

My 17 year old son is a tech geek and quite picky for sound and precision. He loved his 360 ANC.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Sound quality is outstanding super comfortable and battery life is good but the noise cancelling abilities are subpare and I have had a little issue with the Bluetooth disconnecting it happens when I'm out of cell phone range but all in all 4 stars

They're almost like similar Skullcandy headphones packed into smaller ear buds! They are definitely my go-to whenever I need to listen to music or watch a video! Whenever someone asks for headphone or ear bud recommendations, I will always recommend these ear buds or similar Skullcandy products! Best investment I've made so far!

I've had the rail ANC and LOVED them, but the right bud stopped working at full volume (after losing the right bud in my previous pair while hiking :(). I went to order a third pair, but these were on sale for the same amount and seemed to have better features (?) so I thought i would switch it up. They work well, but they hurt my ears after a while, which is a problem i never had with the Rail, I could wear them for hours with no issues, these after an hour or so I need a break. I tried all the different size pieces but nothing seems to help. Oh well. . .

Comfortable, balanced noise levels. . . this brings listeners to a whole state of audio being.

Comfortable, love the double adjustment systems with gels. The sound is great. The case is weird and large and feels like more of a style test than an actual function oriented design.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Personally find the rails to be a much more comfortable wear with a much higher volume. Bass is good enough for earbuds. ANC works well enough. The auto wear detect/auto pause feature has no way to turn it off and personally it's very aggravating as the earbuds don't always turn back on when I put them back in so I have to unpair them and repair them.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Music stops playing at random times when outdoor and earbuds have not been touched gets really annoying no feature to tune of touch pause so I stopped using them thinking of returning them.

So far so good! Great sound and clarity. Very happy with my purchase

They keep going in and out even sitting next to phone playing songs. One side quit playing even though charged to 100%.
