I returned it to my local store yesterday, and then Target cancelled the correct item! Now it's more expensive and I've gone through the hassle of returning an item valued at approximately $5 for nothing. I assume this is a quality charging cable, but I wouldn't know.

The lenght is what I wanted. It worked great at first. However after about 9-10 months of use, it no longer stays connected to charge our cell phones. Have to tweak the position to get it to connect, which doesn't last long. Since it was a braided cord, I thought it would last for a long time. It has been disappointing. Had to buy another charging cable to replace this one.
