Not sure if I got a bad batch or what, but it was not good. It crumbled apart and had the texture of previously frozen lunch meat.

Excellent turkey breast , it's seams like it's not pressed - i cld be wrong , however. And keeps with the Pritican diet sodium restrictions, under 250mg of sodium per serving - so lower on sodium then almost any brand.

I haven't tried Applegate roasted turkey breast slices before so I was excited to try them out. I actually enjoy these more than the other brands I have tried. They were definitely thicker in cut versus any other ones I have tried. Compared to other brands, they arent as fragile because they are thicker, but they still maintain a soft texture. I get afraid that some would have a somewhat rubbery texture, close to ham, because it is a thicker cut and also because turkey tends to be a very lean protein, but this one definitely maintains a easy to bite texture, even with a thicker cut. I can't really taste too much of a difference with the oven roasted turkey versus other types, but flavor wise, it is mild so it would pair well with many other condiments or toppings you would like to add to it. I don't personally look out for items that are organic, but I like that the brand is made with good ingredients and doesn't have additives so you feel a little better about what you're eating. Also, if you're looking to be cautious about what to give kids, then this brand seems to have a good ingredients and nutrition.

This makes good turkey sandwiches. I'm not a huge fan of prepackaged deli meat as I find it kind of slimy, but this one isn't bad and I like that it's organic and all natural. No strange unrecognizable ingredients.

I normally enjoy turkey breast a lot - both in sandwiches, but also just plain as a low calorie, high protein snack.As most Applegate products, this is a solid product that tastes premium and like a high-quality version of whatever meat I'm picking up off the shelf, with the added benefit of knowing it's organic and without any fillers/processed additions.

Turkey tastes good and just like most other store bought sliced turkeys. The downside is that it seems to go bad quicker than turkey bought freshly sliced from the deli. Also, it would be nice to have different options of thickness because sometimes I want thick sliced and sometimes I want it very thin.

It was hard to find this product since I moved to a good desert but once I did, I really enjoyed it. It's flavorful and moist and just tastes fresh,v like real meat. I would definitely buy this again.

Applegate Organics' Oven Roasted Turkey Breast has made lunchtime a favorite meal again! I love having this turkey breast on hand for sandwiches, but must admit, that sometimes I sneak a slice for a snack! It makes me feel good knowing I'm eating a product that uses high quality ingredients.

So many deli meats have ingredients that aren't good for us, and I avoid MSG as well as nitrites/nitrates as much as possible. I love Applegate and their organic line for giving quality products, quality ingredients, and deli meats that not only taste good but that aren't filled with questionable things. Definitely looks and tastes like real turkey; it's not moist and salty like the big brand cold cuts. Worked nicely in a more "gourmet" sandwich that I made for myself as well as a chopped salad. Only complaint is that there's not enough meat in a package.
