Knife is good quality. Hand grip is decent. Knife cuts well. The pointed end to the blade makes it drag as I am slicing vegetables. It’s an okay knife and I am keeping it. I’m sure I will get used to the blade shape over time.

I really like the grip on the handle as well. It's quite comfortable to hold. Plus there's a 10 year warranty?! Can't argue with that. Just by looking at it, you can see that it's high quality. Making sandwiches will never be the same!
