Description
ARCOS leading European knife manufacturer, producing knives 100% made in Spain since 1734, introduces the Riviera Blanc series. Specially designed for chopping, mincing, slicing and dicing vegetables, meat and fish. Its perfectly finished handle shows very soft curves that provide a perfect grip and comfortable fit. Recalls the classic French forged style with a touch of modernity and elegance. This line is perfect for those who look for a light forged knife and care about design, but value the traditional balance, resistance and perfect grip provided by the classic French forged style. The blade is made of forged nitrum stainless steel. It offers durability, hardness, is razor sharp, and corrosion resistant. The handle scales are made of polyoxymethylene (POM) and are highly resistant to impact, abrasion, and solvents. Rivets are made of stainless steel ensuring extremely high corrosion resistance. Originally Arcos produced knives exclusively for the professional. Due to its high cutting power ( over 100 mm ) and long edge retention ( over 350 mm) which made Arcos knives leader in the commercial market, now Arcos knives are also available for the end users that want to feel in their hands a precise cutting tool used by professional chefs worldwide.

I have a hard time keeping knives sharp in my house but this one was already sharper and cut easier than any in my house! I love it and can't recommend it enough!

It has a smaller handle which is nice for my smaller sized hands, but for people with smaller hands may be a little on the smaller side. Otherwise, the knife is super sharp. Cut through apples, meat, etc with ease. High quality knife!

It isn't cheap at all and is so sharp and literally cut through paper like it was butter. It has a nice amount of weight to it that makes it easy to hold and I don't get tired of it as well as the grip is nice and perfect for holding on to!
