Not bad, not great, ok for the money.
It’s pretty good quality. A little difficult to get over my 30 inch SHO Platinum. I expected it to be more like a grill cover but it’s elastic all the way around. Put on handles first and be careful not to rip if you have drift cutters mounted on your auger housing.

This is the cover that I was looking for the other places online were not good in sizing or model to figure out and price was too much to pay for. Go with the name brand and you should be fine. Thank you .

Fit for the Ariens snowblower
The fit was good, price reasonable if it holds up to outside exposure, it could use some extra thicker material to keep the levers from cutting through the cover over time.

Fits well, nicely made
Purchased this cover for my new Deluxe 30 EFI. The fit is great and easy to put on. I found it easiest to lay the cover out for a few minutes either in the sun or in the dryer for a minute or 2 under low heat to make it a little more flexible to install. Best is to position the snow chute in the 90° position and cut a piece of cardboard over the chute's sharp edge to prevent tearing of the cover when installing. The cover takes shape nicely, and fits snug with the elastic / bungee tie at the bottom. Hopefully it will last as long as the snowblower.

Ariens Snothro Cover
This cover is definitely a nice accessory to have. I bought my Platinum SHO in 2015 and got this too. The protection is first rate. It has the bungee type cord sewed in the bottom seam for a secure fit. You must be careful putting it on. With so many sharp edges on the Snowthro it gets caught on every little part so take your time working it on right and never yank on it if it gets hung up. Use the Ariens Logo to center it then work in on from there, Mine has not torn yet but it can be if you rush putting it on. It will keep all the crap off your unit on the off season. Come fall when ya take it off for the winter it will be in great shape. Yes, a tarp will suffice in some situations but its always nice to have a cover dedicated to fit and this is it.

Nothing custom fit about it.
This is basically just a big bag to throw over your machine. Bought it for our Pro 28 and was unimpressed by its fit. Putting it back in it's attached storage bag is like trying to get a Pool Float back in its box.

I would not buy this cover again!
The cover is good quality but I still haven't been able to get it to fit in my snowblower even though it was listed in the models this cover is supposed to fit.

Do not recommend this cover.
I am disappointed in the cover. The quality does not feel high end and it really does not fir the machine it was recommended for all that well. I have a craftsman cover for my old snowblower that fit better and was higher quality. Definitely an opportunity for Ariens to improve.
