Q: I pre-ordered this game and it said there were extra missions with the preorder. How do I activate that extra content?

To have the quest appear on your quest log, enter the longhouse in Ravensthrope and go to Eivor's room. Once there, open your letterbox and read the letter from Norvid. The quest should pop after that.
