Asus ProArt PA279CV Professional LCD Monitor - 27-inch, 4K UHD, 90LM06M1B011B0

My old monitor died, and as a 3D artist, I was looking for a solid upgrade that could boost my creativity without breaking the bank. After doing some research online, I found that the Asus ProArt stood out as the best option in terms of both quality and price.

I use the monitor as a display and workstation for document design, academic readings and photo editing. All I have to do is plug the usb c cord into the back of my laptop and I'm golden. It even charges my computer!

easy to set up. Love that's it's adjustable. went perfect with my mac studio.

After 4months of purchase. My Asus screen did.not work. I called they said I should ship it back. That did not make sense as it cost me the same as buying a new monitor., plus to clear it when it cones back to Jamsica. The warranty expires 2026 and the monitir lasted me.4 mths. Never again, wasted my.money. short usage and no refund or exchange of product

The Proart PA279CV has the widest gamut in its price class. Its not full 10bit RGB, but those monitors start at nearly double the cost of this ASUS monitor. The gamut is sufficiently wider than RGB to be able to clearly discern color shifts when converting a raw image processed in a hi bit/big color box to sRGB. The monitor lacks an RGB control but otherwise calibrates easily. I don't have the numbers in front of me but my calibrator says the colors are very accurate out of the box. If interested there are several in-depth technical reviews on the web. Its not a perfect monitor but its a great value for what it is.

I bought this monitor as an addition to my Macbook pro. What an addition! Great color, clarity, and size. Out of all the monitors on the market I believe I got the best bang for the buck.

I loved this monitor until the USB-C connection stopped working. I've tried multiple cords so I know that it isn't the chord. My laptop also still works to charge (macbook) so I know it's not the laptop ports. Disappointed that within a month of using the monitor the USC-C connection is broken. Hoping someone can help me with this.

Crisp display, deep black and white whites. Get range of motion, up down, rotatable from horizontal to a portrait display, with ease. Solid base, true colors for my photography editing!

Picture is crystal clear and extremely sharp. Speakers have much to be desired-but picture quality makes up for them..

I only provided 4 stars because this is for a church and it has not been set up and put to use. Will gladly update once installed. It will be at least another two weeks before it is set up.

I found the ProArt monitor to be superb working with the M2 Mac Mini. Crisp, clear images.

It doesn't work with my Asus Laptop and it's been 10 days since I called tech support and still no fix for the issue.

Love the colors and sharpness of the display . The modes available very useful for professional photographer or videographer . Definitely would recommend for those who need right colors

Love it so much that it has indeed eased eye strain , and more clarity. I can work for more hours on this doing my study research

My only wish for this monitor would be blacker blacks, a stonger HDR, perhaps mini LED backlighting over what looks like edge lighting... Otherwise it works well for me, clear, sharp, good range of colors and works well with my Apple Studio. 5K would also be a welcome improvement.

Love the image quality and the the ease of how it can transition both up and down.

Bought this to use with my late 2018 Mac Mini. Nice looking display. But everything was huge on the screen, couldn't adjust resolution. Screen went off after 45 minutes, changed for the other hdmi port, same thing happened, changed for USB-C port, same thing. Colors are nice but way too bright and blue. I use this for graphic design and photography and I couldn't adjust it with my color calibrator. So I put it back in its box and returned it for a refund. I was really disapointed as I heard good comments about this display.

Great monitor but poor support. Files for firmware update, in spite of saying for Mac, files are all windows files that do not work on Mac. Unable to update anything on this expensive monitor due to this.
