Only reason a star is knocked off is because right out of the box I had to change settings to make the processor stable, I had to limit the power going to the cpu to 253w both for short and long time, one of them was set to 4075 cauing cpu temp surges past 90c with a 240mm liquid aio cooler
Almost perfect

Awesome Mobo as usual. Only complaint is that you need the internet to download the network adapter drivers, but without the drivers you don't have a access to the internet.... Yes, I went to my other system and fetched the driver and saved it to a usb drive. Finding other Mobo drivers was an effort too.
A mighty little motherboard

As fast as it is small... When I first opened the box I thought "where's the rest of it?!" I've never done an ITX build before so I was not quite prepared for it to be so small. I've built many systems over the years, this had to be one of the easiest builds ever. It just works. I dropped a core i9 12900k in it, 32gb of ram, case fans, AIO cooler, and a 3080ti and it just went. Its crazy small, its quite an engineering marvel to get so much packed into such a small footprint. The system has been running now for almost a month and I can't say anything bad about it. The system is very snappy. I am quite pleased with the results. Start with a good foundation and build on that and you will have a rock solid system that will last. Asus did it again.
Really good product at a really good price

Incredible build quality - the cooling solutions are excellent, and the features, bios, and support information has been everything I needed. I can highly recommend this, and the fact it is a great price makes this easier. I am not sponsored by Asus or have any link to the company, and purchased the motherboard with my own money for use with a 14600k, RTX 4090 and 32GB DDR5 5600 MHz.
Very good manufacturer all the world

Mobo itself is awesome, WiFi mounts need attention

Motherboard itself is Awesome! However the WiFi/Bluetooth connector mounts on the Mobo are NOT well secured and wiggle horribly. - If it weren't for the loose WiFi connector mounts I'd easily say 5 stars.

Everything went great the only problem I had was I had to bypass the windows internet connection part with command prompt because the board didn’t like the universal driver windows had I guess but nonetheless once I got done with the windows set up it asked me if I wanted to install the correct driver and boom good to go.I chose this board because of the features it had and the price and everything worked out great 👍

This is a well designed and well engineered board. I paired it with an Intel Core i7 13700 and 32Gb of 7000MHz DDR5 in a Silverstone Alta. It is much cheaper than the Z790 but has all the ports that I need and, being ITX, it leaves lots of space for cooling. My components were too new for the Win 13 installation USB that I downloaded, but ASUS told me how to manually install the correct drivers. Excellent all round.
