Missing photocards.
The vinyl itself is beautiful however it was supposed to come with a pack of photocards or single photo card and it had nothing. Worst part is I had item shipped, meaning a team member sent it to me incomplete from a warehouse location, which I thought would ensure I received all items as they always get stolen in store.

No Photocard AGAIN
the vinyl itself is perfect. beautiful print, no flaws. but once again I received it without a photocard. I’m honestly sick and tired of receiving my items without photocards. and I’m genuinely disgusted by the individuals who continue to steal them. what was supposed to be a gift is now a waste of money because I feel terrible giving her the vinyl with no photocard. I HATE giving this a 1 star bc it’s not Ateez’s fault that some Atiny think it’s okay to ruin someone else’s joy by stealing photocards but it’s happened too many times and I’m TIRED.

Amazing album, missing photocard :/
Lovely vinyl and album is sooo good..... probably won't buy another album wrapped like this unless it's in better protection than the flimsy sleeve :( the target employee pulled it from the back as it was the only one left and it was still missing the photocard, upsetting that it's a common problem. Seems like it should've been sealed to prevent the photocard from falling out, especially since the plastic sleeve is not durable and it can slide out super easily..

Missing pc
Just got it in the mail today and the photocard is missing. Wasn't in the box either. Hoping the replacement has the photocard included. Needs better packaging; the clear sleeve makes it easy for the photocard to possibly fall out or someone can easily slip it out in stores to steal it.

I love that ateez does vinyls I don't like the fact that target puts it in a box that doesn't fit in the box comes dented .I've bought vinyl before from target and they have come in a different box .this has happened twice now

great product, terrible packaging
3 stars for the packaging only -- definitely recommend picking this up in person to ensure the pc isn't missing. the vinyls are in a sleeve that isn't sealed and can easily be opened to remove the pc. literally the worst packaging imaginable so i hope this is remedied with future releases.
