I very much like the design of this chair. The back is adjustable to just about 90 degrees. When needed, You only need to let go of the back for it to lay flat.

I have a bad back (I'm 62) and this was thick/plush filling , on the firmer side, and unexpectedly comfortable. I just don't like how the back slips off if you want to use it as a chair.

The one thing that could be improved is if you don't have the pillows positioned correctly you can feel the metal frame underneath. The provided cushions are incredibly fluffy and comfortable.
