Taking it and bought a back up for next month, may be buying more so taking it kind of a test of good changes or no change depends on if I buy more? I cant ive effectiveness as just taking this month, maybe a 2nd month I will know improvement or not? I cant give Satisfaction for same reasons above, to take 2 mo will tell me if helps or not?
