I could not recommend a book more than I do this one. It was super informative and honestly helped me learn a ton about myself and why things are the way they are. It even helped me develop healthier habits. Seriously if you are worried about you and how you're relationship is going this book really does help give you a perspective on everything. It even references studies about these things. I heavily heavily heavily recommend this book to everyone. Even if you are just looking to learn about how and why people attach the way they do. This is the book. I've even lent it to all of my friends already.
