B-100 Caps provide a full complement of B-Vitamins plus Choline and Inositol. Together, these vitamins work to support energy production, maintain healthy serum levels of homocysteine and promote a healthy nervous system. B-Vitamins are water soluble and with the exception of B-12, they are not stored in the body. They thus require daily replenishment. While B-12 is stored in the liver, dietary sources are of animal origin only (meat and dairy). Therefore, supplementation with B-12 may be especially important for vegetarians.

I purchased this one fairly recently (within the last few months) but IO have been taking B100 for a LONG time. I noticed no difference. I am a vegan so I need a special product. I will take this for a LONG time to come!

We switched to this Vitamin B when the brand we used for 30 years from another company was out of stock. We like this product much better. No soy, same strength, and it comes in a capsule.

Like this one
I have been using many of the NOW products but had not tried the B complex. In the past I have been using Swanson's brand but the last couple bottles have had a funky smell. I can say I will stay with this product. I like the overall ethicacy of the company and feel the product is doing what is intended.
