Q: How does the container box open? We tried to twist it first to open but couldn’t work, and the strap was pulled out. Thanks
A: Hi Jing. Please make sure to completely remove the plastic tie under the handle, as well as the tape around the edges which secure the lid to the jar. Q: Would these be safe for a 1 year old?
A: Hi Pat. The Bristle Blocks are recommended for children aged 2 years plus. Children under the age of 2 sometimes like to put everything in their mouths, and the blocks shouldn't be chewed on due to small parts safety.
