Q: How does the container box open? We tried to twist it first to open but couldn’t work, and the strap was pulled out. Thanks
A: Hi Jing. Please make sure to completely remove the plastic tie under the handle, as well as the tape around the edges which secure the lid to the jar. Once this has done, turn the lid to the left and you should then be able to pull it away from the jar. The Battat Team

Q: Would these be safe for a 1 year old?
A: Hi Pat. The Bristle Blocks are recommended for children aged 2 years plus. Children under the age of 2 sometimes like to put everything in their mouths, and the blocks shouldn't be chewed on due to small parts safety. This is a fantastic toy that teaches cause and effect and dexterity and your child will love it when they are 2 years or older. The Battat Team
