A: Hi Jing. Please make sure to completely remove the plastic tie under the handle, as well as the tape around the edges which secure the lid to the jar. Once this has done, turn the lid to the left and you should then be able to pull it away from the jar. The Battat Team

Children under the age of 2 sometimes like to put everything in their mouths, and the blocks shouldn't be chewed on due to small parts safety. My 3 year old has never shown any real interest in blocks - he gets very frustrated when they fall, and has never found them to be much fun for long. These blocks were the answer. He now makes keys, letters with the shapes, makes screwdrivers, houses, pretends the small triangle pieces are food, builds tall towers, makes mega sized blocks by pressing them all together, you name it. I do wish they came with large triangular pieces that he could use as a roof on a house, because it is difficult to make a triangle. My preteends love playing these blocks with him too!

I don’t love these.. the container is difficult to open at times & the blocks are hard to separate. My 3 year old & 7 year old haven’t touched them since the first day I bought them. & when they do they can’t open the container.
