Excellent and effective. Super simple. My baby loves the Dalmatian puppy on the cover. They smile at it as soon as they see it, and it holds their attention for at least 2-3 minutes. The baby zebra is also great. I wish the board book pages could turn all the way back because opening the book gives two baby animal pictures at once and can be a bit too stimulating for baby to look back and forth.
