Q: Why would anybody use the 45 or 60 min dry cycle if there is a 30 min option? Does the 30 min cycle completely dry everything?

A: Using the 45 or 60 does a complete job of sterilization, drying....it’s really worth trying and using daily.... I used this product for an entire year...gave it to my niece to use for my great nephew...thoroughly cleans every item...

A: I used a medella double electric breast pump and breastfed for almost a year- and cleaned my pump parts daily in this. (Would wash by hand and then put them in the Brezza to sterilize.

Q: Does it require changing the filter every so often? I see that it has a filter but can't find replacements for this model.

A: Thank you for your inquiry. Our Baby Brezza Sterilizer Dryer comes with a reusable filter. Meaning you can remove and wash and place right back into the machine. Only our machines that come with a HEPA filter need to be replaced every 3 months. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to reach out to our customer care team. A: Thank you for your inquiry. Our Baby Brezza one step sterilizer dryer only needs clean bottles to be inserted prior to using our machine. Your bottles don't have to be dry as our machine will sterilize your baby items and then dry them. The bottles do need to be cleaned however as it's not a washer. A: The sterilizer dryer is not a bottle washer. The bottles need to be washed prior to inserting into our Sterilizer Dryer.

A: Thanks for reaching out! Our Sterilizer and Dryer is designed to operate using only water—no tablets or detergents are needed. Please note that this is not a bottle washer, so we recommend placing only pre-washed bottles into the unit for sterilization. For optimal performance, we suggest descaling the machine weekly or as needed.

A: We recommend distilled water to prevent mineral buildup on the heating plate. You can use tap water, however this will require more frequent cleaning/descaling of the heating plate.

A: If you can put Elvie pump parts in the dishwasher, then you can sterilize them. To confirm, we'd recommend contacting Elvie directly and asking them if their pump parts can be sterilized in a steam sterilizer.

A: You should be able to as long as its dishwasher-safe. Most plastics that are sturdy enough for the dishwasher are also safe to put in a sterilizer

Mold collector
Works until it starts to grow mold in places like the dryer vent where you can’t take it apart completely to clean.

In fact, the only time this can happen is if bottles or parts are placed inside while still dirty or if moisture is left sitting inside for long periods. Burnt smelling bottles?
Super helpful and convenient but ater a couple of months my bottles began to smell like burnt plastic on the inside. After throughly cleaning the hot plate the smell intensified even and left me in a bind with my three year old

Terrible compared to its 'sister'
My sister owned this bottle sterilizer and I have this at my moms house for occasional use. I thank God I don't have to use this one all the time as it is just a mess for space. Pump parts barely fit and I have comotomo bottles and I can only really have 3 bottles in at a time and nothing else. I am usually organized so it is ok most times but on those long days it would be nice to not have to run the sterilizer/dryer and then also have to redry as it doesn't fully dry in 1 hour. Spend the extra $30 for the Baby Brezza Sterilizer Dryer Advanced

The advanced version is modular which helps to ensure you use the correct size. If you are experiencing issues with drying on your machine, we recommend cleaning the filter on the bottom of the machine. Sometimes debris can restrict the airflow and cause it not to dry properly. Don't Bother
Great concept but poor execution. The bottom is rusted (keeps coming back no matter how often we clean it), sometimes smells burnt while in use, and sometimes leaks all over the counter. I follow the instructions exactly and still have these issues. Look for a different brand instead.

We are sorry to hear that the machine is not living up to your expectations. What you find on the bottom of the heating plate is not rust, as our plates are stainless steel. It's burnt on residue/mineral build up. We recommend using distilled water which is free of minerals which get left behind when the water evaporates. The residue also causes the water to bubble up into the fan which can cause leaks underneath the machine. We recommend a good descaling and switching to distilled water. Leaks.....hard to keep clean
I loved this machine at first—-I use it 5 times a day for bottles and pump parts. After a month of use, it leaks, doesn’t always dry (need to run again), and even with distilled water, the plate turns brown and has to be cleaned after each use. I am looking at buying one from Dr Brown due to this one leaking all over the place. I can live with the other issues, but the leaking is concerning.

Best baby item!!! A must have!!! Pair with distilled water (and cleaning brushes and soap) and you’re set with bottle cleaning. I top off the bottle with distilled water and dry my bottles on the rack, once full, hit sterilizer and dry for 30mins. I didn’t need an extra drying rack for baby stuff just use this and you’re set!!! I use the dr browns bottles. And love them with this product. Buy this!!! Photo is some what how I stack the bottles in it. Pull out from underneath cabinet to use as steam comes out the top.

Amazing!
I love this, works so good, a lot of the reviews are people who are using the wrong water that’s why it rust up and stops working you have to use distilled water and it tells you that’s the water to use

Started leaking out of nowhere, can't sterilize anymore
I loved this product so much when it actually worked. After about 2.5 months it just started leaking water. It leaks all the water I put in to sterilize and then it the screen turns red, starts beeping, and the hot plate gets a burnt smell. I was so disappointed, luckily it was a baby shower gift so I didn't waste my money

Not safe.
After using the machine a couple times, the bottles, nipples, etc. started having a burnt smell to it and the dryer stopped working. The hot plate looks burnt and I always fill it with water to the max fill line. I am worried that it will start a fire and/or the burnt smell on the bottles means they are not fully being sterilized. Throwing it away now.

Baby Brezza sterelizer and dryer
I liked the product when it actually worked. But within 3 months it started leaking water. After a few uses the sterilizer/dryer got rusty and constantly I had to clean it with vinegar. I wouldn’t recommend this item. After reading the reviews of this item is consistent on the item stop working after about 2-3 months. It’s a shame because it’s pricey.

What you are experiencing is most likely, mineral build-up or formula residue. With regards to the leaking, our sterilizers shouldn’t leak as long as you fill it with water to the fill line and you remove any contaminants from your heating plate. To maintain the best performance of your Baby Brezza sterilizer, we recommend descaling the unit regularly. This process will effectively remove any residue or build-up, ensuring your machine operates optimally. Running fine but issues after 6 month use.
Worked fine until it started to have issues. Issues were malfunction where after a sterilize/ dry run, items are not fully dry and so much condensation collected at the top cover. As it did that, I would do an additional dry run. But after some time during the dry runs it won’t pause on and off.
