Q: If I buy this product, should I buy the Baby Brezza Bottle Warmer? Or not?
A: The formula mixer does not have a heating plate in it. If you want a warm bottle then you may need the bottle warmer.

Q: Can I set a specific time to get the formula dispensed and leave an empty bottle down there? Like set a timer at 3AM / 6 hours after.
A: Good Day, Thank you for your inquiry. Unfortunately our Formula Pro Advanced does not do scheduled automatic feedings. The closest thing would be our formula pro advanced wifi, which allows you to make a bottle from your phone. Q: what is the electricity input of the product? is it support 220v power system? do I need a voltage converter and a plug adapter?
A: All of our products are designed to be used in the USA so it's electrical system is designed for 110v. We don't recommend purchasing our products and using abroad or in other countries as you will void the warranty.

Q: Does the Baby Brezza actually boil / sterilize the water?
A: No, our Formula Pro advanced does not boil or sterilize water. You can boil water and let it cool before placing it into the machine, or use a water that is already sterilized prior to using. Should you have any questions, please feel free to reach out.
