I love how easy it is to setup and take down. It’s a bit bulky to transport and carry around in even the carry bag. The bassinet feature with kick n snooze activity gym is great. May daughter loves the activity gym. My biggest complaint is the pad that goes into the bassinet and the playard floor doesn’t sit securely and evenly in either. When my baby is in the bassinet setup the pad lifts on the opposite end. I push it down and then her side rises, repeatedly. I’ve tried evening it out but it does the same thing with baby not in it. It also dips in the middle on one of the shorter sides. I’m concerned about continuing to use it in either setup with it not sitting evenly that she could get her fingers or hand stuck under it and crush them. I have contacted the manufacturer and their engineers have requested I send it back for their review. Will try to update review once they have reviewed and determined what the resolution will be.
