Q: We just bought this and the straps attached to the spring are not straight like the picture. They would only not be twisted, if it was assembled upside down. Is this a flaw? The pictures online show flat straps. Are they supposed to be twisted?

The minimum age requirement for the activity jumper is 6 months.
My son has loved this item. Recently, I know he's at the end limits for this item, he's 13 months, 30 inches, 24.5 lbs. Yesterday he was bouncing and the next thing I see, he's about sitting sideways on the ground. The piece on the bottom snapped. The turtle piece shorted out within the first 3 months and the company lacked when it came to replacing although they advertise replacement warranty for parts. Throwing out. Very disappointing.

Neptune bouncy
My Granddaughter received this as a gift. She is 7 1/2 months old. She has been using this bouncy for 3 months. She loves it. She is teething and she scrapped the paint off the octopus with her teeth. There should not be paint on any child's toy.

HORRIBLE!
We received this jumper as a gift for our baby shower, our son has now used it ONE TIME and the strap snapped and he got hurt. We are NOT happy with this at all.

Careful how you clean it...
I received this as a gift. I took off the white straps near the base to take it off and clean it (what you would think would be a common way to clean it). I have now been advised to not use it any more since that part I removed was "pre-assembled." I could see if I ripped off glue from the product base, but this was a simple threading/weaving through the base of the product. I was not given any suggestions other than to basically scrap the item. Very disappointed because my son absolutely loved this.

Had this less then 8 months and it snapped at the base. My poor baby was practically upside down in the seat.

USE WITH CAUTION BABIES CAN TIP
I’ve used this jumper with my three youngest kids, with no issues until today. My 9 month old tipped this over (he is 22lbs for reference). No major injuries, thank goodness. Please use with caution, my son was within view but I was preparing a meal when I heard the crash, there was no screaming from him but I ran over and he was just face down in the carpet unable to move his head from the angle it at which he fell. Please be aware of this when placing your baby inside and don’t treat it like a “babysitter” that’s going to keep your child safe. The only reason I gave two stars instead of one is because our previous history of success with this item. But again PLEASE use caution.

This Jumper has been amazing. The way baby sits in it, if appropriate height, there isn't risk to joints for jumping. Baby also loves going side to side. It's been amazing watching his hand mobility and coordination improve over the months. he first used the stars to pull in order to turn until he figured out how to do it on his own. The stars and the blue kelp(? the feature on top of the 3 legs) are great points to loop those silicone strings that connect to other toys like teethers or crinkle books without worry it will hit the ground.. and that has also helped teach him from the stars how to pull the rope up to get a toy that went over the edge, or from the blue toppers to reach and pull towards him. all the toys that came with the activity center have been great, he rotates and plays with them for quite a bit of time without getting bored. Very happy with this activity center.

Strap ripped.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We received this as a gift and it worked great for a little while but my baby was bouncing in it and the fabric strap ripped and he fell bumping his head. He’s only 17 pounds per his last visit with the doctor so still under the max weight. We are disappointed and dissatisfied with this product.

Be careful of babies grabbing the spring area
Bought March 2023, grandson loves it, can't use anymore, finger got penched with the springs, he weight's about 27lb's and likes reaching over and grabbing. Even though the spring area is covered, it still caught his fingers and hurt him, he was 8 month old at the time of incident

Horrible!
I’ve had this jumper for a year now and have had numerous issues with children’s safety. But the big incident happened about 3 days ago. My grandson who is 9 months old and weighs 20 pounds was jumping, isn’t able to yet stand up, flipped over while still in the jumper. He was not seriously injured because I fortunately have a soft floor but If this would have happened on concrete or a hardwood floor, it could have been much more serious. He did wind up with a mark on his face and lots of tears. This should have never happened and something seriously needs to be done! I’ve read other reviews on this particular product and none of them are good. Please fix this problem be fore a child does her seriously hurt!

Neptune Jumper Horror
Horrible item just tipped over with my 10 month baby inside sitting in the seat and she is not over the weight capacity. Caused her to get an upper busted lip. The bottom of the device is not heavy enough the legs need sand bags or something to keep this from happening the item is not sturdy enough.

Horrible support design my baby was in the jumper and it tipped over with her in it head first and still attached in the seat she busted her upper lip this is not stable ! Horror !

Quality control sucks
This just arrived- and the overall unit is nice, but quality control before it’s packaged sucks. Ours came with one strap sewn incorrectly thus, making it unlevel.

Poor Quality- Disappointed
My 9 month old tipped this over while jumping due to the flimsy metal tubing that supports the bottom. We have had it for less than two months and the tubing separates and wobbles. For the amount this costs, I expected it to be durable and safe. I love kids2 products but this one is completely unacceptable for child's safety. I will be contacting customer service for a refund on this item.

Dangerous!
This tipped over on my 8 month old son. He went landed face first and he wasn’t even jumping when it happened. Defective and dangerous. Do not buy! I deserved to be refunded. And this should be taken off the market!
