A: Dear Customer, These are the washing instructions: Seat pad – Machine wash the fabric seat in cold water. Use a gentle wash cycle with no bleach. Tumble dry, using low heat. Plastic Parts – Wipe clean with damp cloth and mild soap. Air dry. Do not immerse in water. Frame – Wipe the metal frame with soft, clean cloth and mild soap. Many thanks

just hit the 4 month mark, and the metal at the bottom broke. my daughter is under 25 lbs so i know weight wasn’t an issue. cute item but for almost $100, i expected far better quality and durability.

This was a gift for my daughter. She used this maybe 10-15 times. The elastic strap broke while she was in it! Luckily, when she came down I was right there to catch her fall but if I wasn’t, who knows how she would have been being that the seat was completely sideways. Now I’m afraid to put her in anything like this.

I was extremely lucky the strap didn’t break with my baby in it. One strap was twisted so I pulled on it to try to fix it and it completely ripped. After it ripped I decided to test the integrity of the other 3 straps and 2 more straps started to rip with very little force. I’ve read many many reviews where people had the straps rip with their babies in the toy so I’m so so grateful it didn’t happen with my baby. I would strongly not recommend this product due to safety reasons.

Ought this for our granddaughter one of the straps broke and she about toppled over. She loved it but could have gotten severely hurt.

Do not recommend. My daughter who is 10 months old was jumping and the strap randomly snapped and causing her to flip out and hitting her head on the floor very hard causing a bruise.

I wouldn’t waste my money on this. I’d seen someone else post that theirs had snapped and I thought nothing of it. Maybe it was second hand, maybe their baby was too heavy etc. Until my 14lb baby was in hers and it snapped and she fell face first bruising all her cheek! Don’t bother.

Absolutely unacceptable! My 7 month old who weighs 17 pounds was jumping around and playing with the toys on this and the strap snapped sending her face first into the metal poles. I’m very disappointed because she loved this jumped and has only started using it in the last month. So dangerous. Just a small bruise on her face but could have been a lot worse had she not been on carpet. DO NOT BUY!

This has had good use with baby before but put my 7 month old in it yesterday (weighs 18lb) and when jumping in it the strap snapped, catapulted her almost out of the seat resulting in her hitting the bar and floor. No serious injury thankfully! The quality should be better than this, regardless of the amount of use. I wouldn’t recommend this due to this incident but up until this, baby loved playing in it.

I bought this approximately 6-mos. ago and it gives baby job, learning with exercise. I would suggest that the seat edges for the legs are more soft and plush to prevent leg burns from the movement. The leg on the toy broke and I need to contact the manufacturer warranty for a replacement toy.

I was unable to use the item due to damaged seat. Every other part was able to put together. The box got thrown away some how do now need to find a new seat or call company and see if replacement seat can mailed.
