Q: What are the machine washing instructions for the seat pad?

A: Pull the fabric seat off the frame by unhooking the tabs. Just throw it in your washer (I use normal cycle). If there are stains you can use spot removal spray such as shout and oxiclean. You can either air dry or place in dryer ( I use normal dryer settings). Replace seat onto the frame after drying.

To remove the seat pad, you want to remove each of the fabric seat tabs from along the rim of the cushion. You can pull each from around the tab on the plastic seat carrier. Once all are removed, pull the fabric away from the frame.

Terrible shipping
I didn't even open the item. The box was ripped and crushed. There was no way I could give this as a gift based on the condition of the box. Covered in multiple stickers from fulfillment. I am hoping my next delivery is received in better condition. Target should ship this item in another box.

If I could give this zero stars I would. This jumper broke with my daughter inside of it. She could have gotten REALLY HURT!! Their customer service is impossible to get ahold of because of course we are past the return window for Target. Please keep your babies safe and stay far away from this product!!

Broke out of nowhere
Was great for months before out of nowhere one of the legs sheared off while my child was bouncing in it could have seriously hurt my child but got real lucky.

Adorable
This is adorable! My granddaughter loves this, she found the star mirror first and of course tried to eat it. Then she found the piano. She is a tiny little thing for 6 months but very curious so it is perfect for her. It is a little hard for her to turn on her own hence the 4 star. I think as she grows she will enjoy it more, but for now it allows me time to put together a snack rest my arms without worry!

Fun For Baby
My baby boy loves this! It’s great that you can detach the turtle as it’s one of his favorite parts. Knocking off one star because the height adjustment isn’t great. I put him in it once he had some head control at about 4 1/2 months and I already had it at the tallest level. To be fair my baby is long (27.1 inches at 4 months) but still it was disappointing. He still seems to love it though, it’s makes him laugh and giggle as he jumps around in it! So cute.

Nice, but was not tall enough
Is not tall enough for babies that are taller. I had to replace with the finding Nemo jumper and the fisher price rain forest jumper. Those both raise up higher.

My grand daughter is at the lowest right now but as she grows, I can raise it up. We can even add more toys to the hanging part if we want. I love everything about this.
