It has the red white and blue pattern on the front, but it is lined with white on the inside and also comes with white bloomers to go underneath. my granddaughter is just about to. She’s a little petite for her age so I went with the 18 months and it fits her perfect with plenty of length for her to grow throughout the summer. The dress has an elastic material throughout the chest that keeps it secure so it doesn’t fall down overall this is a great find. I received an incentive to write this review.

This is a cute little spaghetti strap frilly gingham dress with red and blue which makes it perfect for summer and Independence Day. It is light and stretchy for a comfortable fit. My daughter is wearing 2T and it does run a little large because she is a petite two year old. The neckline goes a little too low if your child has small shoulders like mine. I did have to add another onesie underneath because of the low neckline. I like that the dress comes with a diaper cover as well. Overall great quality for the price!
