Baby Hot Dog Infant Carrier and Hat Halloween Costume - Hyde and EEK! Boutique™

I knew I wanted something that went over my baby carrier so I was excited to try out this funny hotdog costume, but I was a little surprised to see that the costume didn’t really attach to anything except with a few velcro straps so it fell off easily. It was super cute, but it didn’t cover my entire carrier so it ruined the illusion of her having a costume and the hat was very thick with material that it didn’t fit well. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely love this costume. It is marked for infants, but I was able to fit it on my 14 month old. The hat was a tiny bit snug, but he does have a larger head. It is cushiony and super soft to the touch. It's not scratchy at all. The design is so cute and bright to see later at night when it's dark. I like the versatility in size. This could probably be used for a medium sized pet costume also I received an incentive to write this review.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a cute Halloween costume! Good quality! It is a one size fits all for 0-6 months but it fit my 9 month old baby really well. It seems like it is meant to be put on top of your baby carrier but looks like you can also put it directly on your baby. My baby doesn’t stay in a carrier for very long so I’ll be alternating. I liked the ease of putting the costume on but the only downside is the Velcro didn’t work super well. I received an incentive to write this review.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I want to start off by saying that the description is a bit misleading in my opinion. It says it’s a Baby Hot Dog Infant carrier but it’s not actually a carrier. It has straps on the backside of it that you can attach to your own baby carrier. Or you can do what we did and criss cross the straps across your little one’s chest. Also, the suggested age online was 6-24 months but the hat was a bit small for my seventeen month old. The package says it’s for 0-6 months so I’m not sure exactly what age it’s intended for. It is a cute costume though. I received an incentive to write this review.

The item description is very confusing/misleading. We were skeptical of a baby carrier being $25, and indeed this is a costume that you strap onto a carrier, not a carrier itself. That aside, it's super cute and soft, excited to wear it on Halloween.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This hotdog costume is absolutely adorable and so convenient for the little one who cannot walk long distances! My daughter is 15 months and this costume fits right over her carrier. The hat piece is supper light and the elastic around her head is super stretchy and not tight at all. A great way to keep her head warm if it’s chilly outside. The straps Velcro together around your baby carrier. I received an incentive to write this review.
