For me, Rock Rose is an excellent sleep aid. If I wake in the night and can't return to sleep because my mind is racing, I take 10 drops and always fall back asleep within 20 minutes, and sleep deeply until morning. Bach is a trusted brand.

Does a very good job when fear and/or panic start to overwhelm the mind. Along with Aspen, these flowers are a first choice before any anxiety meds like Clonazapam.
