I love how this helps my brain calm down so I can rest. It does make me SUPER hungry the next morning so I am not sure what is in it that stimulates my appetite but it really helps my anxiety chill out when I wake up at 1:30 and can’t stop my mind.

I really like this Sleep Spray. I have been using it for years. It helps me with the difficult transition to sleep. I do more sprays than they indicate with no after effects and all clear-headed in the morning. Sometimes the alcohol is sharp on my tongue but to me it's worth it. I think I may have less effect since I have been using it for years. But it is still a key part of my go to sleep tool belt.

I got this remedy for my 85 year old mother who was always having trouble falling asleep due to thoughts that wouldn't turn off. It has helped immensely with her insomnia! Wonderful product that is safe and doesn't interact with other medications or herbs because it works energetically.

I often have problems falling asleep or going back to sleep if I wake in the night. Rescue Remedy usually gets me the sleep I need. I've used other Rescue Remedies & found them effective.

After this product arrived I used it the very same night for sleep. I followed the directions and place some drops on my tongue. No results. Tried it again the next few nights. No results. Tasted like alcohol with no results. This product does not work on me bud that does not mean it won' t work for someone else. Melatonin does work well for me.

I was very surprised that I had a negative reaction to this product which I used as directed. It caused me to have a very rapid heart rate which I was able to gradually bring down by drinking a lot of water. In addition I felt awful the next day. I have used many homeopathic remedies over the years with never a problem. The only other ingredient is alcohol, which I rarely consume so perhaps that was the culprit?? If so it is puzzling how such a tiny amount could cause such a reaction. Needless to say I had to return the product after using it 2-3 times.

I have a lot of trouble sleeping: Six hours would be a rare and a very good night's sleep for me. I have tried many "remedies" over the years and I have - so far - found none better than "Rescue Sleep". It doesn't give me my eight hours - nothing does - but it is at least as effective as anything else that I've tried, and it's better than most of them.

I've been using this product for at least a year and I absolutely love it. I tend to wake too early in the morning and I use it to help quiet my mind down so I can go back to sleep. It works most of the time quite well. I would highly recommend it!

I have trouble getting to sleep and getting back to sleep if I have to get up in the middle of the night. This is valuable for me. It might take about 4-6 squirts each time but it's worth it. I highly recommend it.

This product had just the opposite effect on me. It caused heart palpitations and my body reacted as if I had taken caffeine rather than a sleep aid. I did not sleep at all.
