The measurements says 4.5 deep. That's only at very bottom of bag. It's barely couple inches at top. This makes it restrictive to use. I chose this bag to replace my ladt bargaining which metal clamp broke. But it was very roomy plus it could be washed in machine. I've used it so can't return it

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased the Naples Convertible Backpack. It is well made but it was too big for what I am looking for. I did end up returning and will try another style of Baggalini.

I bought this about a month ago to replace my old one. This does not have enough room in it. The front two pockets are practically useless. I also liked having a zipper pocket on the back to keep important things safe.

The pink color is less bright than the photo but I still like it. It holds everything i need but It was a little smaller than I expected.

This is by far my favorite backpack! Great for active days of shopping, vacationing or chasing my grand kids! The size is PERFECT! Big enough for the essentials without being overly huge. Just purchased the quilted version, my 4th bag and the fabric is beautiful! Organized well for phone, sunglasses, keys etc. and I like to wear it over one shoulder but glad I have the backpack option. Highly recommend and more colors please in the quilted fabric!

The straps on this bag are 4" too long on each side so the bag hangs at an uncomfortable and unattractive height. The bottom of the bag should be above my butt, but hangs down to the middle of my butt. As a crossbody it is a little too big and sits awkwardly. The size is great for day trip size (sweater, water bottle, Sunglass case, snacks, sunscreen, wallet) without being overly large. I bought this for a 16-day trip to Europe but will instead use a small Travelon bag that is less attractive but has adjustable straps and more security features. I am 5'5", 132lbs, 28" waist 32D and have petite shoulders.

I just bought this backpack for An upcoming trip to Europe. It is a good size, lightweight nice looking bag. My only issue is that I am 5’3” tall and the bag is way too long and the adjustment straps on the bag are insufficient. I will now have to find a tailor to shorten the straps or I will need to return the item.

I thought this 6th Bagg purchase would be perfect for summer. Be Aware before purchasing that the pink is much darker and leans toward a mauve or lavender-pink. I am returning.

I love the Memphis bag, but it was a tad too small. This one is perfect. I mainly wanted it for the cell phone pocket in front. So convenient. This should be on all the bags! I'm 5'1" and the bag sits low as a backpack, kind of rests on my butt. But that's how it should be, I think. I don't want it as a tight backpack high on my back. This is more natural and comfortable since it's purse first and foremost. I mostly use one of the two straps and sling it over my shoulder. Use both straps as a backpack when I'm out and about for a while. I really hope you'll make this one available in Shadow. Will definitely buy another one if you do.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wanted a bag to wear crossbody , but when you zipper the two straps together, even at the most elongated selection, it’s way too short and rests uncomfortably beneath your chin. Great bag if you just want a backpack. Obsessed with the color.
