I use for all my baking needs. Nice and sweet and not too heavy. Nice cut of flake and easy to apply to any frostings. I just love it. I recommend. It's a little more expensive than other brands but it's worth it. It doesn't stick to each other nor clumps.

I always buy Baker’s brand coconut for baking because I think it’s fresher, more fluffy and has a lovely light vanilla flavor. I highly recommend. This really elevates a coconut pie!
