This is a really great full tree you have to fluff it when you get it which takes time but when your complete it looks amazing I would totally purchase again pricey but worth the purchase!

The tree arrived quickly and set up was easy. It is very real looking and the lights are perfectly spaced. It is well worth the investment. No watering it, picking up needles or live bugs. Love it!!

Life like and easy to assemble! I love that the light plugs are in the stem, hidden and connected as tree sections are added. Very sturdy base - no chance for kitties to knock it over! I know this tree will last for years to come!

This is my 3 rd tree from Balsam Hills. I bought a nine foot tree for our business and loved it. This year I decided to upgrade my 6 foot Balsam hill tree and purchased this 9' Classic Blue Spruce. I love it. It was easy to put together and fluff. The branches are softer then my 6' tree so it was much better process.

As expensive as this tree is you would think it would be fuller. Unfortunately the quality is not good. Even after multiple times of adjusting branches there are so many holes that will require me to buy filler just to get it to look right. It's almost like this tree was put together with second quality. Buyer beware.

My girlfriend said she would never put up a "fake" tree. I finally talked her into it and she loves it. Had one of these 7 1/2 feet before but went for the 9 foot. She is so glad she could bend the branches to support the wreath of ornaments she put on it.

Purchasing was simple and arrived amazingly quickly. We have not set up the tree yet but i was disappointed in the "needles". They were not what i was expecting. Look very closely as "close ups" before purchasing. I was rushed and had seen spruce needles that i really liked but these seem to be totally different from all of the other trees. They may look fine once set up. My husband is satisfied....

The tree is the perfect size for our location, with a ceiling height of 115" this leaves room at the top for decorations, etc. I looked very closely through descriptions, photos, reviews and Q&A and could not find details on exactly what the light functions were. Seeing some of the photos where different sections of the tree were lit all in one color (rainbow effect) I took the chance that there are multiple color options that can be selected. After all it is LED right? Wrong. You get white or color or both together. You can dim or brighten a few levels and that is it. No more themed trees with white and red, or blue and green, or whatever color combination you would like to choose. Disappointed as I'm a lighting guy and like options but we'll go with it for now.

We received the tree in no time and set it up already to make sure all was in proper working order. This is our first artificial tree. It is above and beyond our expectations. It will require quite a bit of fluffing and buffing to have it filled out to our standards but we are enjoying the process by taking it slowly but surely. Lovely tree
