Unacceptable quality control

First off I’m tired of all this plastic that has to be cut near their head. I was super careful and didn’t clip any hair. However, this is what the hair looks like straight out of the box. Jagged and uneven and messy/tangled before even being played with. I even had to cut one piece that was over an inch longer than the rest of the hair. Shoes barely stay on. This is a $40 set. I expect better quality. Not the pretty shiny hair my Barbie’s started with as a child.

Quality could be better

My daughter enjoys the show so I’m glad I was able to find a set with all of the sisters. However, the quality could be a lot better. All four of the dolls have hair that is falling out. Also, all of the hair is shaggy and crimped due to the way they were secured in the package. They all also each have several plastic pieces securing their head to back of the box which are impossible to fully remove. And why doesn’t Barbie have underwear? She’s wearing a short dress!
