My 4 year old and 7 year old loved this. They were excited that there were many accessories in the box. Would make a great birthday or Christmas gift.

My daughter loved unboxing surprises after surprises for Barbie and her pet! The dog was a hit and my daughter also enjoyed dressing and undressing her new Barbie for the party! Moms be prepared because the DIY dough is a bit messy, but with the right set up like a mat or tray this was my daughter’s favorite part and she spent close to an hour decorating the cake and having a party for both Barbie and her little dog!

It was so much fun opening each box and watching the excitement on my granddaughter’s face. From making the decorative frosting to decorating the cake and opening the presents added to the thrill. We highly recommend for lots of fun and surprises for Barbie and for every child. The only negative comment was that it was difficult to open each and every box. A lot of tape on each but still well worth the enjoyment.

Barbies accessories came in plastic gift boxes that we will continue to use in our doll house when playing with all our Barbie’s. Barbie’s hair and makeup color changing feature is very simple and the water temperatures did not need to be extreme which is appreciated. My daughter loved mixing the cake dough and decorating the puppies birthday cake. The instructions were clear. The only complaint is that the dough dried out quickly making it crack easily when making the cake decorations. The dough also didn’t cling very well to the cake. We are pleased with all other pieces though and have been fun to play with.

They loved how the Barbie had joints that could move it more than normal Barbie’s. The hair was long and they loved being able to style it. The clothes were adorable and even look a little like Taylor Swift which my daughters loved. The only thing I didn’t love was the consistency of the clay to make the cakes. It didn’t form into the clay it was supposed to and was very crumbly. Overall my daughters love this product and have loved to play with it!

The doll was beautiful with color changing that my daughter absolutely loved and was so giddy over! Each surprise box came with a step for decorating the cake for the cutest puppy ever wearing a tutu! As each box was opened my 6 year old slowly put the pieces together of what she was going to be making and her excitement grew! This was such a neat concept that was executed very well. From making the decorative frosting, to creating the frosting decor, decorating the cake, and opening the presents each step held an interest and created imaginative play that was well received by my 6 year old. The quality of everything was as expected for Barbie and was great, we especially love that it came with present boxes because now they can be used for future Barbie parties!! The only thing I wish this came with was a container for the cake “frosting” to keep it fresh! This was a great set for my 6 year old, she loved it so much and seeing her smile and giggle while playing is such a good feeling! Recommending this to anyone with kids who love surprises, baking, and parties!
