Very disappointing! I purchased this with high hopes but it failed to provide any relief

I used this zealously at the first tingle at an impending outbreak on my face by the nose because of my working in outdoor, cold & wet conditions. It did absolutely nothing I have used Vaseline or any other petroleum based product & not pair the high price for small size. Unfortunate! I’d had high hopes but they were dashed.
