Q: How do you get the suctions cups to work on the top? This is poorly designed and won't stick on the top, which makes the machine useless.

Suction cups don’t stick, difficult to mix soap, and dangerous in the tub to fall off and hurt my child. Also, no way to drain it so it will get mildew and mold within a week. Horrible item, I should have just lit $5 on fire.

Suction cups don’t stay put. Tried dry. Tried wet. Falls off .. it even smacked my kid in the ribs. The dramatic screams of the ouchie and the toy falling was enough for me to regret the purchase.

Suction cups don’t even come close to working (even with wiping al the surface and the cups totally dry). But my kids still love the bubbles and ice cream cones, so I guess we’ll keep it.

Not worth it. Doesn’t stick to wall. Bubbles are a mess. If you don’t put enough water nothing comes out. If you put too much it doesn’t bubble right. Skip it.

I should have read the reviews. The suction cups do not hold at all, making it unusable. My 4 year old was in tears. Will be returning.

I loved the price! It's what 3 bucks 5 bucks top?! Why is everyone complaining. Follow directions for making the bubbles. Suction cups are suction cups. Sometimes they'll slip.

I would give this zero stars if it would let me. Nothing about this works. Doesn't do the bubble thing and doesn't stick to the wall. An absolute waste of money

Such an exciting bath toy for the kids, BUT it doesn’t work. Upper suction cups does not stay on no matter what you do. In the end, my kids are disappointed not being able to make “ice cream bubbles” 😔

The first one I bought was great! Suctions just fine and makes bubbles using the Alaffia bubble bath we use. So I thought all these bad reviews were user error. WRONG. My toddler broke the lever by cranking it too fast so I bought another one and the top 2 suction cups will not stick AT ALL. Now I have a disappointed toddler, 1 broken ice cream toy, and one that never worked to begin with. I don’t know how these got past quality control.

It won't stay on the wall. Even if you get passed that part the pour in spout is clogged so you can't get bubbles or water in there.

Doesn’t produce any bubbles and nothing really flows into it. I got the suction to work and I could figure out something more permanent to get it to stick but if the product doesn’t even work, what’s the point?

Garbage, but does work with modifications

As mentioned, on its own it's garbage. However if you cut off the top two suction cups and use bath command strips it will stick to the wall. Second don't use bubble bath. Dish soap works a lot better. It's still not like advertised in the pictures but good enough for my daughter

This is a very cute and fun toy. I had no problems with the suction cups, but it would slide down the tub wall sometimes when the lever was pulled. Mine also produced lots of foam. I used the colored bath paint soap that you can find in the Dollar spot along with twice as much water. We had all kinds of pretty colored 'ice cream' cones. Sadly, the toy doesn't seem to be very durable as it stopped making bubbles. There seems to be a problem with the ATM that you pull to pump the solution through. If it hadn't broken so soon this would be a five star review.

I wish I had read the reviews. Total trash, so disappointing to get my girls excited and it not suction to the wall. Horrible design - the “roof” prevents the top two suction cups from suctioning so it falls down when they pull the lever. Can’t believe this is recommended on social media when doesn’t work at all!

My daughter was so excited about this but it didn’t work at all. Couldn’t get water or bubbles to flow into it and it didn’t wanna suction to the wall which is pretty vital to it working. Big disappointment
