After Battlefield 1, I was afraid that BFV was going to follow more of the same, but I was wrong. The graphics on Xbox One X are amazing, best on console and pretty close to PC. Controls are tight as ever and the gameplay is very fluid. I was a bit disappointed at the exclusion of support mortars but its still a ton of fun. The vehicles are a bit overpowered and hopefully will be adjusted in an update, but not so much to ruin the game. The single player campaign was short but very entertaining and varied in missions. DLC being free is one of the biggest and best changes for the Battlefield series. If you like large scale warfare and great mechanics, this is the game to beat.
