Q: Plugged it in and got “F5” on the screen of the remote. Blanket won’t power on. Any ideas?

  • A: F5 error indicates the power supply voltage is unstable. Please check the controller connections as well as the household voltage. Try using a different outlet. Meanwhile, please try the steps below and see if it helps. 1.Disconnect the power and read the label on the control wire. 2.Check that the coupler is firmly connected. 3.Leave unplugged for 5 minutes. 4.After 5 minutes, plug it in again and turn on the controller. 5.If you see an F error or a black screen appear, this means your heated blanket has detected abnormal use or abnormality of the surrounding environment, causing emergency protection to engage. 6.Follow the above steps to restart, return to normal working operation. 7.Please lay the blanket flat, do not fold or knead it into a ball. 8.Please unplug it while not in use. If the situation does not improve, please contact the customer service email : info@bedsurehome.com. We'll try our best to help after knowing the details. I'm looking forward to fixing the issue you're experiencing.

Cozy and plush!

I ordered online & when I received the package wasn’t properly sealed so it came dirty. I was inconvenienced to have to go to Target to return & get another one. The whole point of ordering online is NOT have to drive to the store. Very disappointing especially being a woman owned company. Overall for the blanket I really do like it.

Tome this is false advertising. The picture looks like it thick and plush. When I got it it was thin and cheap looking. Very disappointed. Yes it is semi soft but no where near the look from the advertisement.

This is a very cheap and very thin blanket. It looks nice and thick and plush online, it’s not. I can literally see light through the thinner areas. It does not keep me warm at all. There are way better blankets out there for less than this. Do not buy this.
