These inflatable multi-color foil "HAPPY BIRTHDAY" balloon streamers will stand out at your Birthday Celebration! Each Birthday streamer comes with white ribbon and a blow stick to fill the balloons. Assembly is required. Inflate with air only. Do not over inflate. Instructions for assembly are printed on the packaging of the item. The balloon letters measure 14.25 inches tall and approximately 2.75 inches thick. They have self-sealing valves, so after you fill the letters with the air, they will close on their own. Each white ribbon measures 192 inches wide.
