I didn't read reviews prior to purchase but have the same issue as others are having. I trusted this brand to be one of the better ones. White light when device is put on the charger, says charging but within seconds the light turns orange & does not charge device. It sometimes works & gives a fully charged phone but most days we are waking up to a completely dead phone.

I purchased this product in February for our iphone13 pro and pro max. I have trusted Belkin products since I first purchased my iphone 3g back in the day, but this one is the pits! As other reviewers mentioned, you sit your phone on the charger, and after a minute or so the light turns orange and it stops charging. I contacted support and and all they will do is send me a replacement, which I know will be equally bad. This is infuriating but I will continue to contact them until I have a resolution. The design of the product is flawed. Save yourself the trouble and purchase something else.

Only works sometimes. When the phone (iPhone 12 mini) is placed on the pad the white light comes on but 50% the time it will turn yellow after a minute or so. When I expect to pick up a charged phone it is lower than when placed on the pad.

iPhone 14 gets very hot on this charger. Tried using for at least two weeks. Tried doing only one phone at a time. Gets very hot no matter what I do, well before the phone is charged. It is not the right specifications for the iPhone, and it is completely unusable.

It charges, but not fast

First time I used it, I set my iphone 13 mini and and Galaxy s7 Edge. The galaxy charged relatively fast, but slower than when I use a cable. The iphone did not charge completly after 3 hours charging. So, I tough, it might be I charged two phones at the same time and also the iphone had a case. so, the second time I only charged the iphone 13 mini and removed the case. It has been over 3 hours and the phone charged from 22% to 85%, this is a very slow charge. Not sure if I will use to charge my iphone anymore, and if I could return it, I would.

I've bought this because of a good past experience with Belkin, but this product doesn't function properly. I've tried a few time to charge an iPhone 13 Pro (with and without cover). On initial positioning the light turns white and seems to charge, but very soon the light turns orange and charging stops.
It did not live up to the expectations.

I recently bought the this charger too charge my iPhone and Airpods pro whilst I work. After hearing great reviews about Belkin all the way from Belgium (I am in South Africa), I though lets give it a shot. Unfortunately it does not work as one thinks it will. It constantly disconnects when trying to charge the Airpods with a iPhone. It seems to work fine when you only have one or the other charging. The Airpods will charge for about 15 - 20 minutes before it starts disconnecting or show the orange light on the charge pad. For the price point and consumer confidence it does not seem to stack up. Unless there is some fix for this I would avoid buying this particular charger.

after several charges, I thought that I bought a low-quality fake charger but after I noticed the same bugs with other buyers' products I changed my mind. When AirPods pro is charged it often loses the charging signal and then re-connects again and again so my AirPods box sounds the connections' signal again and again therefore I had to switch it off. And of course the charging is much longer because of this.

This would fit the bill perfectly and eliminate a small portion of a rats nest of cords on my desk. Unfortunately, it does not do the one this it was hired to do. It connects fine and will show that it is charging both devices. However, within minutes, it will stop charging one side or the other. I usually charge my phones at night so I will wake up to start the day with a fresh and fully charged device. Unfortunately, more often than not, I end up with partially charged devices and have to find a charger through the day. This lack of reliability is not what I have come to expect from Belkin.

I bought it and after attempting 10 times. only 1 of 10 full charged. When it connects, wirelessly qi charging, the charge does not continue beyond 4 minutes. Disappointing for the Belkin brand. Internal schematic needs work....

I would give it no stars if I could … it is terrible to line up phone to get it to start charging, if you are lucky enough to manage it the phone takes ages to charge and the phone and charger get really hot ! Which can’t be a good thing ??? It is very easy to move the phone slightly while on the charger so it is then not charging … extremely frustrating when you come back later expecting it to be charged and its not ! DON’T BUY THIS CHARGER

I have woken up many time realizing that my phone was not charged about 50% of the time for over a year. This is because it takes around 60 seconds for it to indicate there is an issue and then turns yellow/orange and I rather not stare at this thing for 60 seconds every time I go to bed to make sure that it is charging. This product has cause me a ton of head aches over the year and wish I never bough this device. Don't know if I can recommend Belkin products if they are similar to the construction as this dual wireless charger.

Both areas of the charger don’t hold its charge for iPods and iPhone 11 at same time. I originally bought this charger for my wife with an iPhone 12. The charge pad didn’t work whatsoever on the iPhone 12. Only charges iPhone 11 and before models.

Like a lot of others I’m unimpressed with this product. Got it for Xmas with some apple AirPods to charge my iPhone 12 mini. First night the light kept switching from white to orange and I couldn’t figure out what it meant but I thought it was ok because the AirPods light shows orange when it needs charging - phone flat next morning. Second night it kept changing from white to no light to white and phone charged ok. Third night it was white when it out it on but next morning light was orange and phone flat - so I started reading the reviews to figure out what I was doing wrong Fourth night I made sure I had it all lined up and positioned correctly, got a white light and it stayed that way for a bit but next morning it was orange again and phone on 50% Final try last night, I took my phone case off, put on charge, got the white light ok - this morning the light was orange again Very disappointed in this product

This charger does not work through either my, or my wife's phone cases. The light turns on white when you put the phone on, then after a few minutes, it turns orange (fault). On my phone, it will sometimes take 15 minutes before faulting, then make contact again. I listened to my phone while in bed, beeping every 10-15 minutes for an hour (loosing connection), until I got up and plugged the phone in. The description says works with most cases, well... it sort-of doesn't work with 2 cases. Everybody uses a case on their phone. This product should be designed to work with all cases.
