Stylish and easy to travel with
For me I work remotely, often while travelling or in cafes, I loved that the product is small and easy to carry around, it's pefrect to travel. Also love the simple black color. But in general, easy for my phone to stick, easy to connect to my laptop and great charging! love it!

Does not work as advertised
This unit will not charge to a life proof case which is very thin. When you call back to attempt to return the unit you get put on hold, the run around. Its almost like they have your money and don't care. Before anyone says anything I've been a loyal Belkin customer for years and NEVER complain. I also understand that in these times there is not enough help, but come on. After 45 minutes on hold don't turf my call, help me!

Lifeproof Case Too Thick
The Lifeproof FRE & NEXT cases are too thick for the magnet to work. FYI. Also, trying to return products through Belkin is proving to be very difficult!

Base of stand needs to be much heavier
Mag is great, but not if you need to hold the stand with one hand while using the other to peel your iPhone off of it.
