Q: The chairs came completely unassembled. It has taken my husband about 6 hours to assemble one. I know that it said that assembly is necessary but to have to assemble them completely is ridiculous.

If you don't have anyone to help with assembly you're going to need to hire someone. The 2 chars came in a box that no wider than 8" and the length was about 41/2'. Too many long screws that we didn't need and not enough shorter screws. We had to cut down the long screw's ourselves.
