Disappointing Smell
Was really excited to try this since I love the hand lotion in the same scent by this brand, but this product was disappointing. It smells nice when it’s in the bottle, but as soon as I lathered it, it had almost a burnt smell.

No longer good
I went into the store to buy more beloved vanilla soap and thank God I smelled it first. They changed the formula and this smells like rotten chemicals. I just really don't understand why you had to mess with a really good product. So I left it there and walked out. Stop messing with what works. Frustrated customers don't stick around to buy other things.

great until HORRIBLE recent scent change
this used to be one of my favorite products, but sometime in the past month or so they changed the scent- now it somehow smells like an overly floral old age home, which is not particularly what i’m going for (and quite different from what it used to smell like!!!) at first i was hoping maybe it was just one random weird bottle, but i checked and the other new ones i bought were just as bad. also, i actually still had the last bottle i’d used up previously (while it was still the good scent) sitting in my recycling pile, so i checked the ingredients and they ARE in fact different on the new bottle. beloved team: PLEASE change the scent back to what it was!!! i’m so upset that i’m not going to be able to use this product ever again unless it goes back to the wonderful scent i had loved so much before!!!
