Potential unsafe product

Tiny small print states sugar free which was not seen unto after product arrive. Not all people are able to use artificial sweeteners which this product contains, and can cause serious side effects. Seems strange to put artificial sweeteners in a product for stomachs that actually can cause stomach issues.

Sticks need better production

Love this product. It has really helped my GI health. However the on-the-go sticks are almost impossible to open. I usually need scissors, which takes away the “on the go” aspect. Better production would make these 5 stars.

Problem with Opening the Sticks

I've been using your Benefiber sticks for some time now. They used to open pretty easily, but then you changed them and it became more difficult. I noticed w/ the newest box that the cut at the top was more noticeable, and thought it would be better. The only problem is that the cut is too high and doesn't open the stick enough to get anything out. I'm still using scissors. How is this convenient?

I used to take original benefiber And it worked well. I needed to firm my Bowels and it worked wonderful then they put prebiotics Into the mix and it just gives me horrible gas all the time and I cannot take it. I wish they would leave out the prebiotic I'm some of the products.

Seems pretty good

So good so far, this actually dissolves until like the target brand I tried. And it is completely taste-less! Perfect! I was a little surprised when I opened it and it was 20% ish of the bottle is empty but that’s with most products these days other than that good.

Easy to use and doesn’t clump

I love adding this into my drinks. It dissolves quickly and never clumps. I can pour a generous amount into water, juice, etc and not worry about there being any powdery residue.
