For ages 12 and older, stir two teaspoons of Benefiber fiber supplement powder into four to eight ounces of a non-carbonated beverage or soft food three times daily. For children ages 6 to 11, use one teaspoon of this powder three times daily. What's good for your gut is good for you.

Q: What is the diff between this and the healthy shape version? They seem to be the same size, price, formula doing the same thing. Is it just marketed differently? Like how some packages of Benadryl say "sleep aid," and others say "allergy medication"?

A: personally, I read both labels and no difference, in my opinion. I think it's a marketing scheme. I have been buying this one for 6 months, adding to coffee daily. LOVE it.

So good so far, this actually dissolves until like the target brand I tried. And it is completely taste-less! Perfect! I was a little surprised when I opened it and it was 20% ish of the bottle is empty but that’s with most products these days other than that good.

I love adding this into my drinks. It dissolves quickly and never clumps. I can pour a generous amount into water, juice, etc and not worry about there being any powdery residue.

It definitely helps to regulate your bowel movements if your struggling in that area, but beware it can make you gassy (or maybe it was just me😳)!

It did not dissolve very well in my water it stayed super clumpy and even though it says sugar free and free of any nasty taste it left a very bad after taste in my mouth. I'm sorry I wouldn't recommend this product
