OK features
A good heating kit. Unfortunately, after about two weeks, the locks broke off. Can't seem to find any replacement parts for it. I'd give it a 5 star review if wasn't for that problem.

Dont buy !
I bought mine last year in April and after four months, the latches broke off. It’s very upsetting for the price you pay.

amazing concept- but getting a different brand
got this for my husband for christmas and it has been a game changer! the concept is genius, but the durability is not as good. after just a short time one of the snaps on the lid has broken and the seal is absolutely useless. going to try a different brand!

Almost perfect heating lunch box
I really like this heat electric lunch box. It warms the food by approx 20 mins when plugged to 120v , on car 12v it warms up approx 30mins. I just really wish they sell additional lunch tin the one inside for meal prep and they sell one that has divider or different sizes of the silicon inside. If you would take a long car ride and want to bring your own food it works well I would recommend.

Works As described
I bought this for in my tk works as described so far would be nice to have an extra container for meals but I don’t see the availability for it ???? That’s the downside of it

Terrible Product
I did not like this product. I brought leftover dry pasta to work, plugged it in for 3 hours and did not heat my food at all. I pressed the on button and I never saw the light come on. So frustrating and annoying as I had to eat my cold pasta.

ALMOST a product you can use in good conscience
I love the concept of these lunch heaters due to the growing awareness of the health dangers of microwaves, and for those simply needing meals heated on the go. I see this as a product for people wanting to live a healthier and radiation-free food lifestyle. This is also why I see it as problematic. They claim that the main container inside is made of stainless steel, however, the lid is made of plastic and therefore, you are heating your food up with the plastic cover. We know that plastic products omit fumes and chemicals when heated up. It’s called plastic off-gassing, aka toxic fume emission. Who knows what is being leached into your food while you’re baking it up in there. Why not manufacture a stainless steel or glass lid to avoid the plastics being cooked with the food? Even when companies say BPA-free, it’s just another kind of plastic that could be even worse. Shortcuts like these are just disappointing. It’s really just offering another way to poison your food. Microwave radiation or plastic chemical fume emission… I would love to see them create a fully stainless steel container and inner lid lining.
