Perfect size for my middle-schooler. I like that there is a removable separator for more versatility. My daughter says it stays cold until lunch time (about 5 hours).

I bought the lunchbox in November, and six months later a crack appeared, which has been getting worse. It’s a shame because I am no longer in the USA and cannot go to the store to claim the warranty. :(

I like the box in general, I’ve only had two problems with it, and one was fixable so far. The latch popped off, but I was able to reattach, although I worry that having to do this too many times will wear away the plastic that holds the metal rods at the hinge. The bigger problem is that the seal on the lid has started to disintegrate in one area. I have looked for replacement seals for the lid, but can find them nowhere. I bought this in March and it has been my son‘s lunchbox 2-3 days per week since then. I followed the maintenance instructions and hand washed the lid each time. I am filing a warranty claim as it has been under six months. I suppose if the lid gasket seal is not replaceable that that would be an obvious place to improve upon the design; as well as reinforcing the hinge mechanism.

Barely used and latch broke, very disappointing for the money spent.

It's an attractive lunch box. I like the compartments and how it latches. It does leak which is disappointing.

After just one use, the hinge snapped completely, making the box unusable. I didn’t drop it or misuse it, it was just from normal opening and closing. For a product marketed as durable and ideal for everyday use, this was really disappointing. I expected better quality for the price. Hopefully, this was just a manufacturing defect, but I won’t be taking the risk on another one.

I bought the above box expecting it to be adult size. I had two of the regular size and really thought and expected, due to the cost, that it would be much bigger. It wasn’t.

This was not what I thought it would be. It was too heavy and the partitions are too small

Nice and compact! Love the little bit of rubber that keeps it from sliding off the table while eating.

I really like the size and sturdiness. The problem is that the tiny plastic hinge broke after about a week and a half. It isn’t strong enough for the size of the lunchbox. This happened to our last Bentgo too.

They are great, easy to clean and pretty. They are just the right size too!

As much as I would like to love this product because of the design, it is sad that both my daughter’s lunchboxes are now broken..the lids on both separated from the body and i have to put tape on the lid cause otherwise, it will open and the food will spill 😞

My daughter got the very aesthetic white and gold one, but the oil from her pasta salad leaks to the other compartments, the prevention of which I thought was the entire point of a Bento box?

I bought a modern bentgo a couple of months ago in September. It worked great until yesterday when the hinge suddenly broke in my backpack and my lunch fell out everywhere.

Smells like mold, only about 2 months after use.... Have couple products and this is the model that seems to have issues. Looks great but quality is definitely lacking
